Return and refund

At Xander Tabs, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our paper clips, magazine holders, and staplers. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

We accept returns only if the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will not be issued back in cash.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it with the same product or one of equal value.
